I’m 40years old and have had several Personal Trainers over the years! No one that has ever actually got me to commit! I’ve known Judit for a few years and never used her as a PT until the start of this year. I can honestly say she is fantastic. She knows exactly what you want and how to get you there. Don’t get me wrong…..she makes you work hard! And you see the results at the end. I have lost 3kg and my fat mass has gone down from 28% to 22% within a few months, and I’m now working on building muscle mass. I have not looked back since January and I’m getting stronger each day. I weigh 47kg and I can deadlift 70kg. I feel better now than I have ever felt. I was someone who didn’t even know how to do a basic squat a few years ago. Judit devised an exercise program specific to my needs to enable the leg pain to heal. I worked on range of exercises to always being doing something different, varying weight-bearing exercises with cardiovascular ones, whilst building strength, balance and endurance. Lots of gentle encouragement along with challenge. I’ve stopped feeling guilty about not doing enough and have found a good balance to fit into my busy schedule!
